1 – Qualify and Join the VIP Buyer Program
  • You want to purchase a property in the next 6 months
  • You need to be qualified to purchase / invest
  • You are willing to attend meetings in person or over the phone
  • You pay nothing to join if you commit to working with the best

2 – Find the right investment properties for you with coaching and consulting from an expert
A dedicated and highly experienced member from our team will work one-on-one with you to discuss what your needs and goals are and how we can help you meet them. We will develop a personalized investing strategy and source the best properties for you.

3 – Sign property purchase contract and put down earnest money deposit
After we source the properties that meet your needs and goals, we will sign the Agreement of Sale for Delaware Residential Property, and you are required to put down min 20% earnest money deposit so we will keep it available for you to purchase. We may have a waiting list and therefore our properties will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

4 – Search title and close on the property at a licensed US real estate attorney office
A licensed US real estate attorney will run title search on the property to ensure that the property can be sold to you legally. Closing will take place at the attorney’s office where both seller and buyer will need to sign the legal documents required for a real estate transaction.

5 – Renovate the property
Our team members will begin renovating the property. We have a proprietary system in place that will produce houses with consistent quality at reasonable costs. All our houses will look like the model house we show to you.

6 – Screen and place tenant into the property
We are very strict when it comes to screening our tenants, even if the rent is guaranteed by the local US government. We will collect the rent, handle the maintenance calls, take care of the billing and accounting, and deal with any government required paperwork and communication.

7 – Direct deposit funds for you every month!
